OPSA Course Day 1

OPSAThis week’s a little bit special for me because I’m not working at Dreamlab. I’m participate in an OSSTMM Professional Security Analyst (OPSA) Course with the goal to get this certification. Because I’m working with stuff, belongs to the Open Source Security Testing Methodology Manual (OSSTMM) every day, it’s not that special but there’s still some stuff which is new for me and so of course it’s quiet interesting. The first day was about the very basics about what exactly a security analyst is and what he’s doing all the time in his job. Also, this day get us an overview of the course and shows us for example the RAV (which I already know from my daily job) or also a small view in the future where we could see what comes next related to the OSSTMM, which is the version 3.0 which have several major changes in it.
